Meet Cynthia
Cynthia has been a dedicated electrologist for over 20 years. In 2018, she earned her Clinical Electrologist Certification from the International Commission for Hair Removal and the Society of Clinical & Medical Hair Removal certification committee. She continues to educate herself on newest technology in hair removal.
Her journey into electrology began with her own struggles with unwanted hair. After experiencing the transformative effects of electrolysis, Cynthia felt inspired to enter this field to assist others, recognizing how unwanted hair can adversely affect self-image and confidence.
Cynthia focuses on treating difficult-to-remove hair such as medical conditions, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, and gender-affirming surgery. Through years of collaborating with clients and addressing their concerns, Cynthia has crafted a unique method for eliminating unwanted hair that delivers quicker results than conventional electrolysis. Additionally, she has trained numerous electrologists who are now practicing in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and South Carolina.
Our Electrolysis Training Program
The electrolysis program typically takes up to 4 months to complete, but we provide a flexible schedule that allows you to extend it to a full year. Our program includes online services for independent study, ensuring you have access anytime. With over 430 hours of technical training, our curriculum aligns with the requirements for electrology and advanced hair removal courses. Additionally, we offer weekly in-person training for both technical and clinical skills. (All clinical training is hands-on with live volunteers).
Please note that the State of Alabama does not require licensing for electrolysis.
